So disappointed by food,and by owner's attitude, he was only interested in few guests who were fan of some manga - if you're not, you could be out of his sight.ATTENTION, this place is knwon for some japanese figure skating manga, NOT FOR FOOD ! Do not waste your money in such place.

A good value A5 steakhouse.

The lunch was simply just a show for the chef, playing with his knife and flame etc.. The chef was too busy to cook for you because he had to serve 10 people at the bar and at the same time he had to take care of other customers in another room and to say good bye to 2 other customers. It took us 2 hours to finish our lunch and nearly missed our train. I guess you just cannot rush the chef while he is serving other people an expensive meal.

We were humiliated by the chef.He plainly ignored us and it was a very unpleasant experience ever.I still can't believe this kind of restaurant was ranked in michelin!

We were wandering around trying to use Google Maps to get to this location and then I could smell it on the air; steak. I took the lead and a block away we were there. The chef was lovely and showed us his collection of anime merch from Yuri on Ice, our favorite and the reason for being in town. The food itself was delicious, top quality steak! If you're ok with raw steak I'd recommend the steak heart, it really lets the flavors of such high quality beef shine through and had such a great texture. It's hard to find such in the US.

Best food! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! ☆ They are very friendly and we had the best time, I would love to return there (the chef is the biggest yuri on ice fan)

Super disappointed and outrageous, the chef was too busy to chat with japanese clients who were fanatic of such manga that me and my friend were completely out of his mind. We got our first salad which was poor and had to wait for another 50minutes to get the fatty mean beef, meanwhile the chef was still talking and didn't care at all about not only us but the other few clients also. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE !

It was NOT WORTH AT ALL going there. The food was very poor (it was not a piece of meat but only fat), the chef suddenly decided to be extremely rude so i felt really insulted (all i said was i waited more than 40min to get the first small piece of meat even though i was on time) ; i was even wondering if i was really in Japan since the chef was willing to clean my table and said get out. He must be a insane person !​I barely write a bad comment but you have to aware and avoid this restaurant, otherwise will be able to go through a very humiliating experience. What a shame to Japan...

Bad food, dirty place, arrogant chef and yet have to wait a long long time to get the first plate (was it on purpose ?).This place is maybe only for japanese, especially those who love japanese comic book : i had my dinner surrounded by OTAKU of such a minor comic book, as a matter of fact this place was famous for that (guess that the michelin star was because of them, NOT THE FOOD). The chef was busy to talk with his otaku clients and didn't really care about the others : he continues to wipe the pan with a dirty rag and there grill the beef to serve to you, beurk...Very unpleasant experience in Japan.

I am in my early twenties.I visited because it was talked with the same age group.I went for lunch at a reasonable price, but I was confirmed whether or not I had a reservation the moment I entered the store.When I told them that I hadn't made a reservation, the clerk's facial expression turned cloudy, and I was taken to a table seat in a fence away from the counter.Because of the fence, you can't see the chef on the official page grilling in front of you.In addition, most of the customers sitting at the counters were asking for wine and top-grade meat from lunch.The chef gave such customers a special product with a loud voice that could be heard at the table seats "because it was a service", and it became uncomfortable to hear a statement that made us feel a difference in treatment. It was. I thought that we should be careful not to hear such things from the customers around us.Therefore, I think it is a good shop to stop going to eat Saga beef "reasonably and casually".

Quality absolutely doesn't go with price : service, ambience, food etc.Sincerely and certainly not recommend to anyone.

First of all, the chef was fun.The rating was bad but the impression was not bad for me.There was a woman who loved figures.

Even though I can't eat beef but went there to support! ( Ordered everything that isn't beef lol) very funny and charming chef and the staff were friendly too. Highly recommended if you are an Yuri on ice fan and likes beef 🐯💙
